Jenin Charity Society
The Jenin Charity Society is a non-profit, charitable, community-based organization headquartered in Al-Basateen neighborhood, Baghdad Street, Jenin, Palestine. The Society was established on December 27, 1971, under registration number (7101) during the Israeli occupation. Its status was later regularized by the Palestinian Ministry of Interior on June 2, 2003, in accordance with the Palestinian Societys and Community Organizations Law No. (1) of 2000, under registration number JN_823_C. The Society's services cover the city of Jenin, Jenin Refugee Camp, and all the villages and population centers within the governorate, which is home to approximately 350,000 residents.
